Edendale Customer Service and Communications Officer (Internal Applicants Only)

We're seeking a friendly and organised Customer Service and Communications Officer to be the welcoming face of Edendale. In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service to our community, support the Edendale team, and help ensure the smooth running of programs, services, and day-to-day operations.

In this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and providing information about the farm and its services
  • Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails, ensuring prompt and helpful responses
  • Organise and manage stock for The Shop
  • Coordinate the school holiday program and assist with event support
  • Manage updates to the Edendale website and communications calendar
  • Provide administrative support for venue hire and the Bookable system
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable, and supplier set-up
